A day by the sea

Subs and I are going to the Thames Estuary to have a pic nic on the beach.  I love the space and the wind there, I will take my painting gear and do some small paintings. Sadly our plans are delayed as Subs is ill with hayfever, it's too hot and also the tide will be out all morning. Leigh nd Southend suffer from very low tides in the hottest part of the year.
