  This meditation prepares one for deeper meditation by taking a relaxing journey, releasing and transmuting energies in the chakras and opening the acupuncture points. The journey connects us with the higher consciousness.  I am going to do this meditation this evening to see if I can heal my stomach and headache and connect to something greater than myself and away from my negative thoughts

This is highly recommended for all, as it shows how to purify and cleanse negativity. It mentions how the energies are affected by drugs and alcohol. It deals with karma, how it manifests in the etheric, and working off karma to clear coarser ethers in the aura. It explains the conditions under which the chakra system stays young and beautiful, and it also provides breathing techniques to help clear the centres.

Notes from Lilla Bek: 

When you smoke it changes the ether around you. The colour of the ether turns to grey. Your breath will turn brown or black and fill the room. It contaminates the room for more than an hour. It affects plants, children and animals. It is frightening to see. For a psychic it is a sickening experience, if you want to smoke then do not contaminate any one else. We have pollution around us all the time from traffic. It is important to go out to places of energy. I like the seaside for the air, wind and space. Maple syrup and honey are better than sugar. 

Some people clean others' auras.  Some beautiful people sometimes die of cancer, they came here to clear the earth and take on themselves the burden of humanity.  

Our bodies store energy from before.
