Meditation and Exercise

    I go swimming twice a week to do a few lengths and also do my hydrotherapy knee exercises.  I love swimming it grounds me and I can leave my worries behind at the door.
    I have recently discovered Lilla Bek's meditations which I am doing every day. Cycling is also a joy at this time of year. I have an electric byke as it is quite hilly where I live.
